Next update
LatestSmarter navigation defaults and automatic GPU-first rendering setup.
New
- Blenderflow now configures useful defaults when enabled: zoom follows the mouse pointer and viewport navigation uses the depth beneath the cursor.
- Automatic GPU setup selects the best available Cycles backend: OptiX, CUDA, HIP, oneAPI, or Metal.
Improved
- Cycles uses GPU Compute by default when supported, with compatible render devices enabled automatically.
- Final and viewport denoising, compositing, and compositor denoising use GPU acceleration when available.
- Eevee ray tracing is enabled on Blender versions that expose it.
- Render defaults are reapplied when a .blend file opens, while unsupported hardware and version-specific options are skipped safely.
